These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kezer Presentation Kit ("KPK", "the Service"), operated by Kezer ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Kezer Presentation Kit is a web-based tool that allows users to create, edit, and publish interactive 360° virtual tour presentations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is offered under the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
You retain all rights to content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We claim no ownership over your projects or uploaded media.
The Kezer Presentation Kit software, interface, and brand are owned by Kezer and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kezer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.

We retain your account and project data while your account is active. If your trial expires, project files are deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

The Service uses cookies and local storage for authentication (managed by Clerk) and session state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure credential storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We want you to be satisfied with Kezer Presentation Kit. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period, so no refund applies.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
We do not offer refunds for renewal charges after the 7-day window has passed. If you no longer wish to be billed, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we determine the Service was misused, or if a refund has already been issued previously for the same account.
